In Gestalt therapy we have a look at how we form our life. Are we free of  barriers and do we live to our true potential? Or are there conditioned patterns like low self-esteem, negative thinking or are you asking too much of yourself and/or others?

In Gestalt therapy we assume, that we are born into our full energy and potential (still unconscious).

Some people manage to stay in their energy and to live their potential in full consciousness as adults. Many of us though will be conditioned and weakened in their truth and don’t know anymore, who they are. We will work with different concrete exercises and techniques, so you can get to know yourself and to become who you are meant to be.

In this process Meditation is important - with the here-and-now principle and the awareness principle. Because we can lose too much energy by thinking about the past, which is gone - and also by worrying about the future, which is not here yet. Being here and now we can make the best out of everything and live our full potential.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a technique, which uses the eye movement known as R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement during the sleeping phase), while awake to enhance the processing and handling of traumas and blockades. Wingwave uses a muscle test to find out what the cause for a blockade is, which needs to be released and processed the most.

I work with two different forms of Breath Therapy: On one hand with the approach of connected breathing, which is inspired by holotropic breathwork. This intense way of breathing can release tension and blockades in a very effective way. On the other hand I work with breathing therapy according to Ilse Middendorf, which is a very aware and soft approach to freeing the breath and bringing it back to its natural rhythm.

In Coaching we focus more on specific topics and issues, as they show up in working life as well as in private life. Also here I support the client to find their own solutions. My experience in leadership in the economy is giving me a good background for this way of coaching.

Spiritual psychotherapy, the way I practice it, focuses totally on meditation. We transcend the personal and egocentric view and have a look at who we truly are. The more we focus on the here and now and live full of awareness, the more we are in our essence and in our real energy.

One of the most effective relaxation techniques, that I use, is autogenic training. It is designed to relax the nervous system by switching it into the parasympathetic mode in which one can recover and sleep better.

PMR (Progressive muscle relaxation according to Jacobson) uses the tensing and relaxing of the muscles to also attain a relaxed and regenerative state of the autonomic nervous system.
