Die Meditation

In meditation we realize, that we are more than our thoughts, more than our feelings and more than our body. We are pure, still and observing consciousness. 

 

This is my recognition after 30 years of experience with and in meditation. There are many techniques and they all lead to this transcending and freeing experience. At the moment I prefer the Vipassana-technique, which was taught first by Buddha. It is about observing the breath without judgments - with sequences of slow and conscious walking. 

Additionally I I got to know 30 years ago the active meditation techniques by Osho, which were created for the modern, stressed man in order to first release tension and then to calm down. I still appreciate and utilize these techniques .  And I include many meditation-methods inspired by breathing therapy and other approaches.
